Innovation at the heart of Soöruz products
Soöruz is not only a brand dedicated to surf, windsurf, kitesurf and wakeboard enthusiasts, it's also a company committed to reducing its ecological impact of its products. Their desire to design high-performance board sports equipment while reducing their carbon footprint makes them a brand we fully support.
One of their major innovations was the development of theOysterprenea revolutionary material made from powdered recycled oyster shells (of which there is no shortage in the Charente-Maritime region, with its abundance of oyster farmers). This material has been designed to replace traditional neoprene, widely criticised for its environmental impact. Thanks to years of research and collaboration with their suppliers, Soöruz has created an eco-responsible, high-performance product. In 2025, Soöruz is going one step further and using it for all its combinations: Organic Oysterprene containing an even greater proportion of bio-sourced products thanks to natural rubber.
